Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used memberships. Cancellation for all future recurring billing may be requested in accordance with Section – “Cancellation” under terms of services. Trade Peak reserves the right to grant a refund or a credit applicable to purchases to Trade Peak at its discretion. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds. Should a refund be issued by Trade Peak for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Trade Peak will not issue refunds by cash, cheque, money transfer or other means of payment. The refund will be processed immediately by Trade Peak, but depending on the payment method used in the original transaction, depositing the funds may take 3-5 business days.

Customer Support

We strive to provide the very best customer support available 24/7 all year round. We will do our best to offer guidance and support within 24 hours every day all year round. All queries can be sent to: support@trade-peak-academy.com. We provide assistance in English and all other languages using online translation services, so please send us your questions in your desired language. That way we will be able to offer the best and quickest assistance online.

Unread Introduction E-mails, Invoice E-mails and Other Informative E-messages

Trade Peak is not to be held accountable for the loss or inability to receive e-mails, invoices, receipts, terminations and other important messages on behalf of the subscriber. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to provide a legitimate and fully functional e-mail address that can ensure all e-communications on behalf of Trade Peak are received, read and not sent to the spam or ”junk mail” folder. E-mail providers such as Hotmail and Gmail are less reliable when it comes to acknowledging e-mails issued by Trade Peak. Therefore we recommend using an alternative provider when signing up to Trade Peak.
